Authorized Civil Engineer with 20 years of experience in the field. He manages the company and all processes within it, including all major projects. But he is also happy to visit the site, to personally check the functionality and all the important details of the proposed optimizations.

She ensures that all our projects make sense not only in terms of architecture and technology, but also in terms of finances. Her analytical eye and calm approach help keep projects within safe boundaries, while giving the team plenty of room to be creative.

She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology, majoring in architecture. She gained professional experience in several architectural studios in Brno and beyond. She perceives architecture as a means of shaping space into a meaningful and functional whole. She enjoys finding novel solutions and approaches challenges with a combination of technical precision and creative thinking.

Jan Šafář graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology. He has experience in designing buildings and practical implementation directly on construction sites. He brings a combination of technical background and practical insight into project implementation to QPD.

Engineer with 20 years of experience in the Czech Republic and abroad in the field of electrical engineering and power engineering. He takes every job as a challenge and an opportunity for an even better solution. His domain is energy optimization.

Matěj Říha brings valuable experience in the construction industry to QPD. In the past, he has been involved in pricing roofing contracts, roofing projects and communication with suppliers of construction lumber. He also has an in-depth understanding of insulation systems and has been involved in the development of internal tools, including the implementation of voicebots.

Veronika is an irreplaceable part and support of the whole team. Her diligence, expertise and sense of order in all important documents, invoices and databases gives us the space to focus on what we do best.
